I knew he was busy but he kept me informed about my vehicle as if I was extremely impressed with the above expectations service that Paulie provided. I knew he was busy but he kept me informed about my vehicle as if we were in the hospital and my car was a loved one in the ER. I am so glad that Richelle had talked me into the wrap as my bill was very reasonable because almost everything was covered. I will most definitely be recommending Palm Springs Nissan. The thing that may have impressed me even more is that the GM, I believe his name is Majed walked through the waiting room and kept asking me if I needed anything. The room was busy and sales people were sellling but somehow the entire staff made everyone feel like they were the only one there. So impressed. 5 stars!!!! More
Agressive con artist Very deceptive. Also, can be aggressive trying to prove a fight. You can file a complaint with Bureau of Automotive Repairs if they dont do their Very deceptive. Hes made up story after story and has had my car for two months now. He pretends to be opening warranty claims when he isn't. Pretends he is not allowed to discuss repairs with the car owner (me)...anything to delay repairs, push a new car sale, force a trade in or up sell with outrageous repairs. He got a crazed look and walked into me ; its best to have a police stand by when I pick up my car. More

Very good Service I own a Altima 2008 and needed a smog certificate. My car failed twice because the catalytic converter reading from my onboard computer seemed to be I own a Altima 2008 and needed a smog certificate. My car failed twice because the catalytic converter reading from my onboard computer seemed to be inoperative according to the service tech at my local repair shop. He suggested I bring it to the Nissan dealer who was able to solve the problem in around ten minutes. Genius!, at least in my eyes. The Nissan service tech was so helpful and the entire staff that we talked to was extremely helpful. All in all a very successful experience. More
Nissan Altima went for a service appt. but ended up buying a new car. never thought i would get it, because of having a salvage title vehicle, no money down at th went for a service appt. but ended up buying a new car. never thought i would get it, because of having a salvage title vehicle, no money down at the time, with a fair credit score, and a previous auto loan of 12,000. PLUS, I told them what i wanted on the car and i really thought they were not going to have it, but Fernando and Seth found a couple of them, Wish came true!! They never suggested another different vehicle to look (i get frustrated when a salesmen suggest another car that you dont want), and I was very happy they kept in mind what i wanted. Just needed the spoiler and the car would of been completed. Everyone was very helpful. Fernando gave me the run down of the vehicle. More

Excellent customer service I recently purchased my car from Kia. On my first visit for an oil change, Kia improperly put back on the oil cap. My car leaked so much oil. I was told by a friend to take my car to Nissan because of their incredible service. I always try to make an appointment for an oil change. Krista, an employee at Nissan always makes sure to book my appointment at a time that's best for me, updates me about my car while waiting and makes sure I have a nicely washed car when all done. I will continue going to Nissan to service my vehicle from now on. More
