Recently I had my 23 Pathfinder in for it's routine service and the service department acknowledged an issue with the rear bumper. After an evaluation it was determined the bumper had some defects. Edgar and Justin explained the problem to me and gave me several options to resolve the issue. Using Nissan's great warranty and support of their cars the bumper was replaced. The process went seamlessly thanks to Edgar and Justin, they made scheduling very easy and convienent. I was given a rental and the repair was completed much sooner than I expected. The car looks great as good as the day I drove it off the lot. It's very refreshing to be valued as a customer. I highly recommend this dealership, their great customer service has made me the proud owner of 5 new Nissans over the last 15 years. More
Nissan does not stand behind their cars. Spoke to Edgar the service manager who treated me like I was an annoyance and not a customer. Will never buy another Nissan again. I spent 10 days for an oil leak and after they performed what they thought was a solution and $1700 there was still an oil leak and then they replaced a broken dip stick tube for another $1200. by the time what they thought was a solution and $1700 there was still an oil leak and then they replaced a broken dip stick tube for another $1200. by the time I got home to Phoenix it was still dripping oil so I can't say that I have any confidence in their service work. My next truck will never be a Titan. I had to also spend $140 per night. More

This review is about the SERVICE DEPARTMENT. These guys are AWESOME!! I honestly cannot say enough great things about Shaun Hapner (Service Manager), Alex Buelna (Service Adviser) and Alan Baer (Master Tec are AWESOME!! I honestly cannot say enough great things about Shaun Hapner (Service Manager), Alex Buelna (Service Adviser) and Alan Baer (Master Technician). I brought our Nissan Kicks in for some issues that needed to be addressed. Alex checked me in and was extremely kind and helpful. Shaun took the time to listen to my concerns about our vehicle and made it a point to update me with phone calls while waiting for the parts to arrive. Alan went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved before releasing the vehicle back to us. These guys treated us like family and work hard to take care of their customers. Thank you!!! I bought my Juke from PS Nissan in 2010. I loved everything about this dealership from sales to finance to service. At just over 70,000 miles, my transmission failed and needed to be replaced. The service manager was wonderful and worked with Nissan to get the transmission replaced without cost to me. That new transmission began to fail about 30,000 miles later. I returned to the dealership. The new service manager was very nice and listened my concern. When I had not heard back from him in about a week, I emailed. At that point he answered my email and told me he had left me a message the same day I was in to let me know that Nissan would do nothing for me. I never got a call or received that message. I then emailed the General Manager. I can’t tell you about my experience with him because he has never responded. This dealership used to be wonderful, but with the new GM, service manager, and other changes to personnel, it’s just not the same. I won’t be returning there. I have owned three Nissans and considered a trade-in, but now, I am having my car repaired elsewhere at half the cost. What difference does it make since Nissan doesn’t stand behind their product? Why would I pay them double the amount to repair it? My car will now, at 104,000 miles, be on the third transmission. That is outrageous. As for me, I will never buy another a Nissan. More

Utter failure at customer service What a disappointment. Booked an appointment on line for my first oil change, and also noted an issue with my center console not opening. I arrived for my appointment, and was barely greeted. I have no idea the gentlemen's name who assisted me. I again noted the issue with the console and he grunted some kind of reply. After about 2 hours, another gentleman called me up to pay. I asked about the console repair and he said it hadn't been noted anywhere. When I told him I not only mentioned it when i booked online, but also to the service advisor when I checked in, he shot me down and told me " he's not a service advisor". Ok, so how long would it be to have it looked at. His response, about 3 hours. With that, he just walked off. The cashier who helped me, was just as surprised how he totally dismissed me and shut me down at every turn. This type of customer service is just unacceptable. Don't waste your time with PSN. More
