I was driving my new car off of the Fernando and the rest of the Palm Springs Nissan family were friendly, personable, but most of all, professional. I was driving my new car off of the lot about an hour and a half after I got there. They provide quick and effective service. The car itself is beautiful and I got an outstanding deal on it. The gas tank wasn't full for my new car, and that is honestly the only negative thing I have to say in this review. I'd buy another vehicle from Palm Springs Nissan any day. Highly recommended dealer. More

Oh yea....... on another note : this also took place late in the evening with staff working after hours, when I was fatigue and burnt out from car hunting . It felt like i was just doing business with family both on a professional and personal level. By far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Upon arrival to the dealership he introduced me to his GM Majed who took great care of me. My wife (eagle eyes) found every single tiny blemish on the car and Majed took care of them promptly and with sincere effort. He even gave my lil girl a soccer ball to play with while we worked out the paperwork. Pablo was also very helpful in making sure we were attended to the whole time and sat me down to explain the features of the vehicle before we drove it off the lot. All in all this dealership went above and beyond any others we have dealt with. Will definitely do business again. Hopefully to trade up to a Nismo ;) More
