We found a 2014 Jeep Patriot via TrueCar, and called to set up a test drive. I was so happy when we arrived at the dealership, and Hector had already washed the Jeep, and pulled it around out front. Hector encouraged me to check EVERYTHING on the Jeep, and even pointed out a few things I missed (like checking the headlights, and blinkers). He had the CarFax available, and I was ready to test drive. He had my husband and I on the road just a few minutes later, and we loved the car. We were back and into the finance office, where his Manager and the Finance Manager took the time to explain to us ALL of our options, and helped us to choose the Extended Service Plan that worked best for US. The whole time, I appreciated that Hector spoke to me instead of my husband. As a woman, I often get ignored. I genuinely feel like Hector was in this to make my husband and I happy. He never once tried to sell us something we didn't need/want, and he was extremely pleasant to work with. He took the time to get to know my husband and I, and our needs. He even took a picture of us with our new Jeep before we drove off. I rarely give 5/5 stars, but Hector and Nissan of Palm Springs TRULY deserve this. We ended up in a new Rouge SV; as well! Richelle was excellent she went through every detail and of our contract with us; and made sure our deals went through in a timely manner. Then Maxwell finished with going through all the features of our new cars with us. We are extremely happy with our experience and will back again when we are ready! More

Both Juan, the salesman, and Juan, the Sales Manager, quickly grasped our "unique" situation and how the service people at another Nissan dealership caused us to think we needed to buy a new car rather than just replace a $2.25 battery in the key fob, The 2017 Juke that we had purchased from the other dealership was to be identical to the 2012 Juke that we traded in, and it was not !! Therefore, we ended up at the Palm Springs Nissan Dealership to trade in our three day old 2017 Juke for another 2017 Juke identical to the original 2012 Juke that we had traded in to the other dealership.
