Seth was the nicest and most knowledgeable car salesperson we have ever met. He found the car in the style and color we wanted quickly, and communicated easily via text and phone to keep us updated. He had a no-pressure approach and answered every question we had about the car. Seth also thoroughly explained all of the car's features and hooked up my phone to it while we waited for the loan paperwork. This was by far the best experience we've had purchasing a car. ALL questions were answered with patience, we were dealt with extreme dignity, personal privacy was respected, individual salesperson (Seth Richardson ALL questions were answered with patience, we were dealt with extreme dignity, personal privacy was respected, individual salesperson (Seth Richardson) came highly recommended through a 7+ Nissan buyer - results surpassed expectations because Seth willingly extended himself helping to find specific things like the latch to open the vehicle from the inside (most vehicles do not have that anymore but with ingenuity the latch was found -which actually solidified the sale because of our personal needs!) Also, he showed us things we didn’t know, for example: the console in the middle section of seating comes out; the key in the clicker comes out if needed (these small tips make a huge difference for a disabled person); also never having owned a vehicle that does not require the key, it was shown how convenient this actually is because once again being disabled this means no more needing to fiddle with a key to open doors & to just get driving! All this & more... Seth also deserves commendation for honoring our appointment while dealing with severe pain... spoken from one who deals with chronic pain knowing how difficult that is to keep an appointment under unexpected circumstances. That alone shows the desire Seth has to satisfy his customer. Seth's smile & personal interest along with such high recommendation from a mult-return customer makes this dealership shine even brighter than the vehicles they offer!
