Eddie found the car i wanted in Los Angeles and made it a point to go pick up the car and drive it all the way back to Palm Springs so I could purchase it. Personable, terrific sales guy, thorough, much bet point to go pick up the car and drive it all the way back to Palm Springs so I could purchase it. Personable, terrific sales guy, thorough, much better than the finance guy who tacked on all kinds of warranty items, raising the payment to over $ 100 extra. I had to go back to delete these charges to get the payment to a reasonable monthly payment. Also, when I realized the usb-connected phone was all filled with static, I was told by the service department that I'd have to prove it. I did so, by recording the event on another iPod touch, they then told me that 'Oh, yes, that's a known problem'. so the service department lied to me because they knew all along that this was a known issue, after denying it. NIssan was reportedly working on a 'fix' for this issue. More
terrible experience. 24 Toyota Venza was quoted to me at a set price. Went to purchase and dealer added $1300 in 'junk fees' for products I didn't want nor was quoted on. 2nd issue is there was a receipt in glove box for body shop repairs that didn't show up on carfax report. Dealer bought car at auction so possible it wasn't disclosed by selling dealer however once brought to their attention car is still for sale with 'clean carfax'. Whole experience was shady and glad I didn't purchase the car from them. More

Recently I had my 23 Pathfinder in for it's routine service and the service department acknowledged an issue with the rear bumper. After an evaluation it was determined the bumper had some defects. Edgar and Justin explained the problem to me and gave me several options to resolve the issue. Using Nissan's great warranty and support of their cars the bumper was replaced. The process went seamlessly thanks to Edgar and Justin, they made scheduling very easy and convienent. I was given a rental and the repair was completed much sooner than I expected. The car looks great as good as the day I drove it off the lot. It's very refreshing to be valued as a customer. I highly recommend this dealership, their great customer service has made me the proud owner of 5 new Nissans over the last 15 years. More
Nissan does not stand behind their cars. Spoke to Edgar the service manager who treated me like I was an annoyance and not a customer. Will never buy another Nissan again. They didn't offer options on purchasing even though had a credit score of 785. I had a slow leak in a tire and the manager wanted to argue with me over it. The front leather seat had a small rip in it and sales along with manager took some pics but never heard back from them. Now, I find out they didn't advise KARR Security systems we purchased a vehicle with the security system. Just terrible service.The only good thing I can say was the salesman was nice but was too busy with other customers at the same time. More

The next day he took me out on the road for a tutorial that answered my questions and made me more comfortable about setting out on a long driving trip. More

I spent 10 days for an oil leak and after they performed what they thought was a solution and $1700 there was still an oil leak and then they replaced a broken dip stick tube for another $1200. by the time what they thought was a solution and $1700 there was still an oil leak and then they replaced a broken dip stick tube for another $1200. by the time I got home to Phoenix it was still dripping oil so I can't say that I have any confidence in their service work. My next truck will never be a Titan. I had to also spend $140 per night. More
