Just tried to take my new F-150 into the Service Department for a bit of service (nothing serious). At the appointed time of 1:30 p.m. I was in Row 3 of the Service Area to see Ron, who as it turns Department for a bit of service (nothing serious). Lots of Service Advisors around (and only 3 cars in the service aisles) and not one person made any attempt to help. Ron's office mate (Fernando or Alfredo) could not even take our keys from us so that we could leave the truck. We were parked right in front of his office - it would have taken him one minute to take the keys. We waited over 25 minutes and finally left. I am happy that I did not purchase my truck here because I would have to return. Part of vehicle sales is service and this dealership should know this and ensure that their Service Advisors are trained or in this case re-trained. This is not Ron Walker's fault (he was not there).
