MUST READ ALL OF THIS.crooks liars & cheats. I live far away and was buying a car from Ray & Ron they both are liars & cheats here is the story. i made an offer on the car they did not like it but the far away and was buying a car from Ray & Ron they both are liars & cheats here is the story. i made an offer on the car they did not like it but they accepted it so when they where going through ford credit they made it sound like that Ford credit would only do the loan if i purchased the extended warranty & the maintenance package these items would have added almost 6k to the purchase price their excuse for this was that the credit company would be assured that the car would not cost me anything to maintain over the course of the loan so i looked into that and found out that those are optional packages offered by the dealers they make about $1500.00 on each package so when i called them back to tell them i did not want these packages the sales man got all but hurt about it a said OK whatever with an attitude because i chose not to take these optional packages & they would not make any money on the deal they not have taken my offer but they did. OK so now they sent me the contract and all the dmv paper work to sign however my name was spelled wrong so when i called them they said don't worry sign & send it back we will fix it when you pick up the car this took place on a Sat. so Monday morning comes around i get a call from Roy asking me if i sent back the paper work i told him no i will do it when i get to my office he then said i need you to tear it up and send it back to him and that a new contract will need to be written. Well that was all BS as i did that they sold the car to some one else for more money. i would not recommend anyone to do business with this dealership More

I was referred to Mike Beaty by a good friend. We talked about my needs for a truck. He suggested that I talk with Billy Hays after I looked online at some of the trucks. I did that and Mike had already tal about my needs for a truck. He suggested that I talk with Billy Hays after I looked online at some of the trucks. I did that and Mike had already talked with Billy to let him know I would be contacting him. Billy provided me with links and photos of trucks that would possibly meet my needs. After some discussions I met Billy and test drove the truck. After I went home I decided it would be the right fit for my needs. Billy had the truck detailed and gassed up and ready for me to take home the next day. Gilbert handled the financing side. He presented and explained options which I accepted or declined without any pressure. The following day I went down to pick up the extra key and books. There was a slight scratch on the truck and they took care of it immediately. Mike, Billy, and Gilbert all talked with me on that day. My overall experience was very positive with all the people involved. More
Just tried to take my new F-150 into the Service Department for a bit of service (nothing serious). At the appointed time of 1:30 p.m. I was in Row 3 of the Service Area to see Ron, who as it turns Department for a bit of service (nothing serious). At the appointed time of 1:30 p.m. I was in Row 3 of the Service Area to see Ron, who as it turns out was away. Lots of Service Advisors around (and only 3 cars in the service aisles) and not one person made any attempt to help. Ron's office mate (Fernando or Alfredo) could not even take our keys from us so that we could leave the truck. We were parked right in front of his office - it would have taken him one minute to take the keys. We waited over 25 minutes and finally left. I am happy that I did not purchase my truck here because I would have to return. Part of vehicle sales is service and this dealership should know this and ensure that their Service Advisors are trained or in this case re-trained. This is not Ron Walker's fault (he was not there).
