I took my 2007 f-150 in because my engine light was on.Dennis said he would check it out.I said I needed to rent a car to get to work. He said they had an onsite rental. After four days of calls "can't find problem,part being rerouted"I got my truck back at cost of $1100.00. 400.00 being rental charges. The $85.00 discount didn't help. Prior to that I had taken my truck to their quicklane service. Tony said I needed front brakes and tires. I told him I wanted all terain and he sold me touring tires.I said thats not what I wanted.Tony said he would to order them and call me when they came in. He never did. Mark More
We were helping a friend shop for a car. He looked at 2 used cars. The one he liked was $14,900 but was out of his price range so we started talking about the second choice which was marked at $9,900. We w used cars. We were then told that the price of that car just went up to $11,900 in the 20 minutes we were negotiating on the first choice. The price on the windshield still read $9,900. Needless to say we were surprised at the price hike. If you want to be jerked around by a shady character, go see Clarence at Palm Springs Motors. He is the epitome of every bad stereotypical trait you might ever have about a used car salesman. He uses guilt and scare tactics, all the while never looks you in the eye. Gordon on the other hand seems to care and worked with us. Sorry, but after the price increase right in front of our eyes, there's no way I could ever recommend this dealership. I've dealt with their sister store, Fiesta Ford, better attitudes there and no Clarence. More

Friends DON'T let friends go to PALM SPRINGS MOTORS/QUICKLANE! Never do business with this company. During a routine oil change, their technician failed to replace multiple fluid caps, stripped MOTORS/QUICKLANE! Never do business with this company. During a routine oil change, their technician failed to replace multiple fluid caps, stripped the oil plug, and broke a major part on my engine. They never told me about it, did a crappy glue job to attempt to hide/fix it, it didn't hold. I discovered it after spelling burning oil and power steering fluid. They are trying to say it wasn't them. Funny thing is they have all the maintenance records in their system and are the only ones that have touched my vehicle. They are refusing to do the $600.00 repair. They are horrible with customer service, and have done me wrong! WORD OF MOUTH ADVERTISING, GET THE MESSAGE OUT! SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! More
This Ford dealership has been the worst experience of my life. I purchased a 2012 Ford Edge in January. My first issue came with my finance. The salesman never bothered to explain that finance is subject life. I purchased a 2012 Ford Edge in January. My first issue came with my finance. The salesman never bothered to explain that finance is subject to 10 days approval or return of vehicle. I was notified by letter that I had to return vehicle. When I went to dealership, they tell me it was a paperwork delay and letter was erroneously sent. A phone call would have been nice. Six months later and a relocation later, I went to use my paint shield package I purchased in my initial package, only to be informed the package was only valid in the Palm Springs area. Again, the salesman did not divulge all relevant information. I called three times before I spoke to Michael Beaty. It took five days and another phone call by my husband before we were informed of the status of our contract. After emails to both Michael Beaty and Scott Simmers, no one has the courtesy to call and provide us information. In addition, they claim they were unable to send copies of the correction due to email failure. Funny how they got my emails but they cannot reply. I have never been more disappointed with the customer service after the sale than with this vehicle. I would definitely never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Outstanding customer service. I tried 10 different dealerships, but Rick Freeze was the only one who took on shot. He welcomed me into the dealership and got my and family and I into a brand new Ford dealerships, but Rick Freeze was the only one who took on shot. He welcomed me into the dealership and got my and family and I into a brand new Ford Explorer Limited. It's the wife's primary vehicle and she loves it. The entire staff was friendly and very eager to adhere to my family's needs as they sat waiting for the paperwork side of the house to finish. I was a skeptical at first because of the size of this dealership and its location, but if I was going to buy another Ford again I would make the drive to these guys... More
The salesman met us promptly upon entering the lot, greeted us, helped us find the make,color and convenience package we wanted and was very knowledgeable with the product line.
