I recently purchased a 2010 Mustang GT from another source and needless to say it needed work. That being said, I wanted to use Ford parts as much as possible so I went to Palm Springs Ford and worked source and needless to say it needed work. That being said, I wanted to use Ford parts as much as possible so I went to Palm Springs Ford and worked with Jeremy McCoy in the parts dept. From the beginning Jeremy was very friendly and patient, I had a long list of parts. Even after determining additional parts needed, Jeremy promptly returned my call and continued with the same awesome customer service. In a time when excellent customer service seems to no longer exist it was refreshing to find such a knowledgeable and helpful person to assist me in bringing back my 2010 GT! Thank you Jeremy and thank you Palm Springs Ford. I will be back!!! More

Took my van in for recall items. They keep it for 2 days and no action. Picked it up and was told I'd be called for repair the following Friday. No call. I called and left a message They keep it for 2 days and no action. Picked it up and was told I'd be called for repair the following Friday. No call. I called and left a message twice with no return call. Finally called again and got a response. Work is scheduled for this coming Wednesday, we'll see if they can make it happen. More

I scheduled a free oil change on my very low mileage 3 year old vehicle, (my service writer even remarked on my low mileage). After 3 hours I was told my car wash in the wash……45 minutes later it rolled year old vehicle, (my service writer even remarked on my low mileage). After 3 hours I was told my car wash in the wash……45 minutes later it rolled up. Almost 4 hours for an oil change (oh and a software update, NOTHING ELSE) is unacceptable! I could have done it my xxxx self in that time, or Jiffy-lube! Everyone was nice and friendly but…….c’mon. More
