Took my van in for recall items. They keep it for 2 days and no action. Picked it up and was told I'd be called for repair the following Friday. No call. I scheduled a free oil change on my very low mileage 3 year old vehicle, (my service writer even remarked on my low mileage). After 3 hours I was told my car wash in the wash……45 minutes later it rolled year old vehicle, (my service writer even remarked on my low mileage). Of course they say all of the right things when they are trying to sell you a car. I waited 6+ months to write a review for this reason. They sold me on the extras, getting oil changes etc. of course it’s a trying to sell you a car. I waited 6+ months to write a review for this reason. They sold me on the extras, getting oil changes etc. of course it’s an all day process (though they assured me it wouldn’t be) so it’s not even worth it for me to go. The ladies that answer the phones are sub par and you have to call 3+ times to even get transferred to the correct person because the phone conveniently disconnects all the time. And then you get the run around from the financing guys, who of course tell you you’re not paying extra for any of the “included” oil changes, though the price of the payment increased when added at signing. Wouldn’t buy here again. More
