A VEERY HAPPY DAY FOR ME We went in on the Memorial Day special. We were looking to lease a Ford Escape. True lies I called Palm Springs motora around 4:45 pm to ask at what time they close. I wanted to drop off my car for an early service for the next day. I was transferred to the service department where Jim answered and I asked Jim, at what times they closed. He told me 515pm. That did not sound right so I called again and asked for the receptionist, she told me 530. I think Jim does not want people coming in at 525. Jim we all have a job to do. So do yours! More

Ray Salazar is one of the most patient, thorough, and professional individuals you can run into at a car dealership. Ray listened and understood my wants and concerns. His knowledge of Ford cars and programs is very in-depth and detailed. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew about some of the features of the car and how they worked. I was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. The customer service that Ray provides is excellent as he followed-up with me about a week later to see how I was doing with my new car.
