We have had to bring our Ford Fusion Energi in for several problems, and Danielle has been Outstanding every time. If you have an award for Employee of the month, or year, Danielle should win this hands down. However the company you use to wash cars is absolutely horrible! They do not know how to wash windows or remove bugs and debris from the vehicles. I have kept silent on this for a long time, but something must be said about the poor quality of this company. The basic service was provided while I waited in a very reasonable time period. However, after leaving, I found that, apparently, nothing was done about the dashboard warning light. Will take automobile into Lincoln dealer in hometown when I get home. This is the first time I've not had 100% positive service at Palm Springs Motors. More
