the dashboard monitor was not functioning correctly I had to bring my car back a second time to correct the problem. First they just put a new computer card in for the radio and said it seems fixed. Rental Car rip off These people reimbursed us when Desert Rent a car tried to rip us off on a 4 day car rental, they charged our credit car $1136 dollars for 4 days inst These people reimbursed us when Desert Rent a car tried to rip us off on a 4 day car rental, they charged our credit car $1136 dollars for 4 days instead of $50 a day. Palm Springs motors mailed us a check to make up for our loss after a little pressure from Lincoln Corporate but they did step up, they are the ones that took us to Desert rent a car but they did not know that Desert rent a car was going to try and rip us off. Tony went above and beyond to earn our business and we would recommend him to anyone; he honored every commitment he made to us! We do believe the cost of the extended warranty was very high and that we may have been taken advantage of; we're certain it was a way to off-set the deal they made us on the vehicle we purchased. This matter was not in Tony's control, this was in the finance guy's control; he stated he was going to give us "his employee price" for the extended warranty and he didn't. We were so tired, that we just wanted to leave, so we didn't argue the matter, but it wasn't right! More

Purchased a vehicle for $5,200.85. I had a check for $5,654.95. Billy Hayes has promised to have my check for the excess difference sent to me several times within the last 2 months.
