Service This dealership was wonderful on sales. I had a 730 am appointment to just get my oil changed. 2 Hours later I finally got me truck back, i requested This dealership was wonderful on sales. This was at the quick lane, I called the Service Manager twice to let her know about the experience and still have not had a return call. Very bad customer service. More

the dashboard monitor was not functioning correctly I had to bring my car back a second time to correct the problem. First they just put a new computer card in for the radio and said it seems fixed. This time they wanted to keep the car over night. I was given another CX-5 as a loaner. Now they changed the navigation card. It seems to have corrected the problem. More

Rental Car rip off These people reimbursed us when Desert Rent a car tried to rip us off on a 4 day car rental, they charged our credit car $1136 dollars for 4 days inst These people reimbursed us when Desert Rent a car tried to rip us off on a 4 day car rental, they charged our credit car $1136 dollars for 4 days instead of $50 a day. Palm Springs motors mailed us a check to make up for our loss after a little pressure from Lincoln Corporate but they did step up, they are the ones that took us to Desert rent a car but they did not know that Desert rent a car was going to try and rip us off. We were looking for a Ford Esca Our sales person, Tony Danna, made this a great experience for us and was truly the reason we purchased our vehicle! We were looking for a Ford Escape and wound up with a beautiful Lincoln MKC and we couldn't be happier! Tony went above and beyond to earn our business and we would recommend him to anyone; he honored every commitment he made to us! We do believe the cost of the extended warranty was very high and that we may have been taken advantage of; we're certain it was a way to off-set the deal they made us on the vehicle we purchased. This matter was not in Tony's control, this was in the finance guy's control; he stated he was going to give us "his employee price" for the extended warranty and he didn't. We were so tired, that we just wanted to leave, so we didn't argue the matter, but it wasn't right! More
