Horrible treatment. I will never go back and I used to love it there. The wait was terrible. John argued with me about serving people arriving after me, first. It took them three hours before I was told they broke a strut on my tire and ruined a cylinder. Was given a loaner car to use but my van wouldn’t be ready for 3 days. Called the following Monday and my call was routed all over the Valley 3x stating they didn’t have my van.. finally found out it was ready.. Lastly, Rey Ramiro forgot the discount we discussed as I brought in a coupon from a mailer I received. No reminder sticker and greasy finger prints in the van driver door. Received a small apology from a mechanic but nothing from Rey or any manager. More

I sat down with a very savvy sales team that , with my input, helped me decide what vehicle was right for me based on my needs and wants. I ended up buying a 2020 Lincoln Corsair. The sales team walked me through the sales process so that I understood exactly what I was buying. This does not happen all the time! A sales team that puts the consumer first??? What was happening here? Palm Springs Motors has always been the best choice for consumers who want to be part of the "team" when it comes to making decisions about their automotive needs. These folks made me feel right at home and walked me, patiently, trough the buying process. The quote I received from PS Motors was 30% less per tire AND they gave me another $50 off as I am a AAA member. In and out in an hour. Customer lounge has hot coffee and tea and plenty of indoor or outdoor seating. Why go anywhere else? More
Horrible customer service I bought a Lincoln ,I was told that the car would be detailed within 3 days. 2 weeks later it still wasn’t detailed and I couldn’t have minor repairs I bought a Lincoln ,I was told that the car would be detailed within 3 days. 2 weeks later it still wasn’t detailed and I couldn’t have minor repairs made. 3 weeks after I bought the car, I went to the dealership and asked for someone in charge. After waiting in the showroom for an hour and a half a salesman offered to take my car to the service department. There I met Daryl, he told me that he would put my name on a list for a loan car. 2 weeks later , no loan car available, I took my car in and got a ride home in their shuttle. When I picked my car up, the windshield was chipped. Daryl said he would get it fixed or have the windshield replaced.After several days and phone calls, Daryl tells me that the chip was there when I bought the car.(IT WAS NOT) but I can’t prove it., so I’m stuck with a chipped wind shield. I bought this car on November 7, 2019. It is now January 2, 2020. I have yet to receive the registration or pink slip. I have made several calls to their “DMV EXPERT”. I finally talked to him on the phone on Dec. 31. I was told that he would look into my registration and get right back to me. As of this writing I have heard nothing. More
