Amanda from Lincoln Concierge was absolutely wonderful and instrumental in getting the problem resolved. It took over 2 months for resolution and a lot of headaches. The dealership was helpful but their hands were tied and knowledge somewhat limited. Now, however, I think after this case everyone has a much better understanding of the upgrade process. Unfortunately, I was the guinea pig. Both Palm Springs Lincoln and Lincoln Concierge were pleasant thorough out this ordeal, but wow, 2 months!! More
