Just took vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor called me to say there was no wheel lock tool in glovebox. He took me into service bay where I searched by tire and jack thinking The service advisor called me to say there was no wheel lock tool in glovebox. He took me into service bay where I searched by tire and jack thinking it might be there. No such luck. So they used a master to get locks off and they left them off so I could replace locks with regular lug nuts. They only had 3 so went straight to another parts store and ordered 4. When I got home decided to check glove box and in plain sight was an orange bag from Fast Lane with the lock in it clearly marked as containing the Wheel lock..Unbelievable!!! Luckily the parts stored cancelled my order with no charges!! Will make sure I get my Ford service done at a different dealership from now on!! Their oil change price was very reasonable and included a car wash but was pretty disappointed with what happened. More

Wally was very nice and professional. I had the earliest appointment at 7am. I was the second in line. I was told it would take at most 1.5 hrs. So I decided to just wait but as it turned out it took 2hrs appointment at 7am. I was the second in line. I was told it would take at most 1.5 hrs.
