Wally was very nice and professional. I had the earliest appointment at 7am. I was the second in line. I was told it would take at most 1.5 hrs. So I decided to just wait but as it turned out it took 2hrs appointment at 7am. I was the second in line. I was told it would take at most 1.5 hrs. So I decided to just wait but as it turned out it took 2hrs and 15 minutes. I just wonder why it took such a long time to just perform a regular service. Thank you More

One annoying glitch This is NOT our dealer's fault. Out 2017 Mazda3 had a defective sensor in the back bumper (the device which senses cars behind and left or right of o This is NOT our dealer's fault. Out 2017 Mazda3 had a defective sensor in the back bumper (the device which senses cars behind and left or right of outs), that defect caused our check engine light to pop up. When we took the car in to have it repaired, we were told the part was not on hand. The dealer provided us with a loaner which was not another Mazda3, but a larger SUV. We were given several estimates of the date when the part would arrive for installation -- a few weeks, a month, then another month and finally another six weeks. We didn't care for the larger loaner (and the second one was a stripped down model in which the sunroof did not work) and eventually we were without the car we leased for nearly 3 months and there was yet another month to wait. We finally elected to dump the old lease and sing a new one for a 2020 Maxda3. We like our dealership and won't go anywhere else, but at the corporate level Mazda needs to address an excessively long wait for a part which, after all, is part of the safety system in the car and is therefore very important. Very frustrating but, once again, NOT a dealership issue. More
