Excellent We ordered our new Lincoln to be delivered in April. Well the Covide Virus threw that out the window. Our Sales person Joey Zamora kept us informed during the 4 month wait. We live in Washington Sate and our plan was to drive the car home at the end of our winter season. We toyed with having the car shipped but I flew down and Joey picked me up on a Sunday afternoon (his day off). He spent all the time necessary to teach me how to run all the systems on our new car. Then he followed me home and programmed our garage opener. I purchased many cars in lifetime (this is our second from the dealership) but the treatment we received was truly Black Label just like the car. We called and spoke with Clarence who was phenomenal in helping me decide to buy this car! He answered numerous back and forth texts and phone calls, making the process super easy. Doing this remotely, I was never pushed or pressured into anything that I did not need! All paperwork was signed thru emails and overnight deliveries. They worked with my shipping company to ensure the car was washed, gassed, and ready for its new home. They kept me informed thru every step of the way and even called after to make sure the car arrived ok and that we were happy. I would definitely buy from them again and would recommend to anyone.
