Less than acceptable Last year I paid PSM $2495 for a five year maintenance plan, and it's clearly stated on the application form there would be $0 deductible for service. Last year I paid PSM $2495 for a five year maintenance plan, and it's clearly stated on the application form there would be $0 deductible for service. Yet last week I was charged a $50 deductible before I could get my car back from the service department. After I subsequently complained about this by phone to the service department manager I was told I'd get a refund. I have as of yet to see the refund. More
