The quality of service and Daryl Ostrovsky did a excellent job. My review is based on change of service standards. We purchased our Ford and were very satisfied with the process. As we have serviced tge vehicle we were happy until our check engine light came on and we took the car in immediately next day at 7am. The driver seat on my new Corsair is falling apart. Dropped it off for a few days and was given a loaner car. Three days later I called to see if was ready for pickup and was told to bring the loaner b Dropped it off for a few days and was given a loaner car. Three days later I called to see if was ready for pickup and was told to bring the loaner back and pick up my car, which needed parts ordered and had not come in. That was about a month ago and have never heard a word back from the service dept. Seems like a long time to wait for parts. In the meantime, the car feels like it isn't getting gas until it gets up to 30 mph. I guess they will deal with that when I take it back for the seat problem. More
