Excellent smooth service, and Ray got me into a Mustang Mach-E with the best deal, I can’t even tell you! I live in LA and my car was delivered to my door the very next morning. 10 out of 10 no notes. Mach-E with the best deal, I can’t even tell you! I negotiated a price ahead of time and there was a miscommunication on the dealer's side. On the XLT Maverick, they have a $10k markup and $2k in options that not worth it and cannot be removed (door miscommunication on the dealer's side. On the XLT Maverick, they have a $10k markup and $2k in options that not worth it and cannot be removed (door guards, int/ext protectant, thief-not actual alarm, and nitro for tires). It took me 1.5 hours to get out there just to find out they didn't want to honor the 3k markup because they wanted 5k (no matter what) using the xx options as leverage. Roy and I spoke and I cannot prove either side since nothing was clearly laid out (Roy took responsibility for that). He said, she said situation. Terrible experience and a waste of time. Other dealers will work with you for much less. They say with the $12k markup (10K to 2K in options) that people are "HAPPY" to pay it for the Maverick. More

. Where is the NEGATIVE 5? Consumer Beware! I have never felt like I needed to leave such a review for any business. But in this case, I will never bring my car back to Palm Spring Ford (aka Palm Springs Mo felt like I needed to leave such a review for any business. But in this case, I will never bring my car back to Palm Spring Ford (aka Palm Springs Motors) for service. My check engine light came on and I took it in to figure out why the light was on. After several days in their possession, I was told it was an issue with emissions. I was originally quoted $198, but after several days, I was requoted close to $800. During this time, they also found there were 2 recalls that needed to be fixed. One of them was a rattle in the door that required the door latches (per my invoice) to be replaced. After some back and forth and against my better judgment, I decided to pay the $800 and get my car out of there. As soon as I got in my car and traveling down the road, I noticed there was now a rattling coming from the left door that was not there when I originally dropped off my car. Also, the door handle was lose. I returned the car back that same day due to the additional issues that my car did not have when I dropped it off the first time. As soon as I got there and explained the noise and handle issue, I was told they were not responsible for this. So, I asked them to look at the problem before they decide if they are responsible or not. After they looked at my car, the technician decided the left speaker was failing and needed to be replaced. I told them the left speaker was not failing when I dropped off the car. I was then told by a different technician that this was the second time this month this has happened to the same type of model/car after doing the same latch repair as they did on my car. He asked me to leave the car and he would call me in a couple hours. After looking at it, they called me back and told me they didn’t do anything to the speaker except unplug and plug the cable back in. I was also told that they did not touch the handle and they just worked around it. This is despite the fact that the invoice literally says replaced both side door latches. So, with some bizarre magic of warranties that I have purchased they were able to replace the speaker (that they broke) with me paying my warranty deductible only. This is not ideal to pay for something that was not broken when I brought it in, but I wanted to be done with this place asap. Also, the door handle is STILL lose and not fixed. They told me I would have to pay for it to fix it. Nothing like having to pay for another dealer mistake. So, when I picked my car up the second time, I noticed a very strong smell of gasoline in my car and that my floor mats were now missing. As if I wasn’t frustrated enough, I now had to turn around and go back to the dealer to get my floor mats. I imagine you could guess what happened by now…Bingo, you are correct. There were never floor mats in the car when I brought it in. Allegedly. Just a secret between us, my car had floor mats when I brought it in. At this point, I begrudgingly walked out of there after getting nowhere with the manager. I will never take my business to this service center again. I would highly recommend avoiding this service center at all costs because it will cost you way more than money. More
