"BAIT & SWITCH" We have purchased 3 Kia's & loved them all & we were treated very well by dealer in SD. We told them what our ptys had to be & what we wanted.Plus were promised -0- int. rate. We were told "NO prob" We cleaned out our car drove to the dealer tconsumate sale. The PYT was $100 higher. We were told they thought we were looking for diff car. Then they talked us into a loan w/int. We wanted Sirius Radio, very important to us! They promised to have it installed. Then RENEGED, told us it was an "after purchase problem. Failed to report our paid off trade in to Kia Finace. Almost ruined our credit.... ..They DID NOT STAND BY THEIR WORD ON EVERY LEVEL. SUPER DISASSTISFIED. DONT USE THEM, BIG PROMISES, NO ACTION...VERY UPSET, WISH WE HAD NEVER WALKED IN THE DOOR!. More
