I purchased a $32k used car back on 07/11/2020 that within a month i have had to get the water pump, air compressor, alternator and a new battery. a total of $1200.0!!! I plan on taking legal matters because this is no way to treat a customer!! More

Would not recommend, took them an hour to tell me they could not change the oil on my Kia due to a stripped oil filter cap. The part I find odd, is this exact Kia dealership is the one that changed the oi could not change the oil on my Kia due to a stripped oil filter cap. The part I find odd, is this exact Kia dealership is the one that changed the oil prior to this visit. They should have told me something then if there was an issue. Instead pulled out photos and a printed part number with 110+ tax oil filter cap and said you need this. Bad customer service, will not be visiting this dealership again. More

The customer service people are always friendly and courteous. They acknowledge you as soon as you walk in, ask what you came in for, and work quickly to respond to your need. I had a rear brake light go out and went in on a very busy morning without an appointment. Yvette saw it was a quick fix, pulled a technician who was between jobs and had it replaced in less than 30 minutes. I so appreciated her quick thinking and flexibility. Two thumbs up! More
