This was my 1st time at this dealer location in Palm Springs. The service manager was amazing. I took my 2016 Kia Optima into this dealer because the Smart Cruise Control was intermittently working on the Freeway. I had noticed that it could register when a semi or large pickup was in front of me Smart Cruise Control was intermittently working on the Freeway. I had noticed that it could register when a semi or large pickup was in front of me but not a regular car. First I was told that there was nothing wrong with the Cruise control so I told them to test drive it on the freeway. After thed did that they also experienced the problem. The service manager actually took it out on the freeway. I approved allowing them to take of the front bumber cover to diagnose the problem. They removed the front bumper cover and told me that the bumper was damaged and the Smart Cruise radar box was broken. They then informed me that this was obviously the result of some kind of impact and was therefore an accident and was not covered by my warranty. They quoted me on the repair at north of $3,500. I had no recall of such an impact but figured it might have been a high curb or maybe a car backing into me in a parking lot. I called my insurance company who then sent out an adjuster adnt they covered the repair less my deductible. I told the dealer that I wanted the old parts. After two and a haof weeks of going around and around with the Service department i finally got the car repaired and picked it up. Upon examination of the old parts I discovered what I originally suspected, The bumber was not damaged at all only the bracekt that holds on to the Smart Cruise radar box was slightly bent causing the box to point slightly upward thereby causing it not to read the smaller sedans. The Smart Cruise Box is a $2,000 dollar ticket item and there was nothing wrong with mine. the bracket nearly need to be bent back slightly to original position which I was able to do with two or three hits of a rubber mallet. The dealer ripped me and the insurance company off!! I could have fixed this myself for nothing. The Dealer's service department should not have charged me or my insurance for anything more than the removal and replacement of the plastic bumper cover and I would have had my car back the same day rather than wait 3 weeks. This dealer is nice and friendly but I will never take my car to them for a repair again because they cannot be trusted. More

I was happy to be able to come in first thing in the morning to get my oil changed and still be able to get to work in Indio by 9am. I love the video they send to my phone. We received a text message stating that the preferred vehicle that we were looking for is in the stock. We went there on time and we were able to see the car we were looking for.
