However, my experience at Palm Springs Hyundai and especially with Steve Allen allayed all my fears and I could not be more pleased with my experience. Transparency all the way - all questions answered honestly - information given - a sweet deal made with which I was completely satisfied. The whole experience has made driving my new Hyundai Tucson 2017 all the more pleasureable. I have also put a review on Yelp. I thoroughly recommend Steve Allen and the team at Hyundai Palm Springs especially if you have been weary of car dealerships. I would not hesitate to return. John M. More

I Love My New Tucson I've owned a Hyundai before it was hip to own one. I absolutely love the brand and have been digging the new 2017 Tucson. Went in on a Saturday mor I've owned a Hyundai before it was hip to own one. I absolutely love the brand and have been digging the new 2017 Tucson. Went in on a Saturday morning prepared to trade in my '14 Sonata and drive away in a Tucson. Since I knew exactly what I wanted the Sale was pretty much a slam dunk. Daniel Rodriguez was the salesman that approached me. He looked off; like rough and unkempt, Wrinkled clothing, a 5 o'clock shadow from the day before, bags under his eyes and an unmistakable stench of alcohol. Something you rarely see at any Hyundai dealerships and I've been to my fair share between buying & service visits. So the kid had a rough night, it happens. I tried to keep focus on the Tucson, which was soon to be mine, but either this guy was in the restroom tossing back beers whenever he'd decide to excuse himself, which was 3 or 4 times without explanation, or he had drank in such excess the night before that it was now pouring out of his pores. Cause he just reeked! Even after telling him that I had already driven the Tucson a couple weeks ago and that a test drive wouldn't be necessary, he insisted. I felt beyond uncomfortable. We didn't make it off the lot before I stopped, placed the car in park, quickly apologized and immediately exited the vehicle. I couldn't handle the odor which now reminded me of a bathroom at a biker bar that I once made the mistake of going into. I got in my car and left. I even exited the dealership at the opposite end of where I left the salesman because I wasn't too sure if he was in the right condition to operate a car. Luckily that day ended like I had planned it too; me buying a Tucson. I accomplished that by driving 30 minutes up the road to Hyundai of La Quinta and being paired with a very compitent and knowlegable Salesman, thanks again Ian McHenry! More

At no time did I feel they were too aggressive or overbearing in in trying to close the deal or up sell any features. I have used this dealership for years for service on my Sonata and always was happy with the work and staff. I was glad to see the same level excellence was in evidence with the sales crew. More
Superior service during and after buying our 2017 Tucson We recently purchased a 2017 Hyundai Tucson Sport from your dealership and from the first meeting with your knowledgeable and congenial sales associat We recently purchased a 2017 Hyundai Tucson Sport from your dealership and from the first meeting with your knowledgeable and congenial sales associate, Steve Allen, we realized we were dealing with a company that truly cared about its customers. We appreciated Steve’s knowledge of the product and he listened to our needs finding us the exact vehicle we wanted. Our experience with Todd Hildre in negotiating the deal was smooth and easy with no throw backs to old world heavy duty selling moves and pressures. We truly appreciated this. Financing was a breeze with Ruth Sinfuego and we have already had the pleasure of experiencing your terrific service department headed by George Nassar. We were bringing our new Tucson in to get its paint protection treatment but the day before we ended up causing a large scratch down the tailgate. Todd directed us to speak with George who assured us we were not the first to open our garage door onto our tailgate and that the fix was easy. George handled getting the scratch repaired and the paint treatment in just a couple days and it was easy and painless. And to top it all he gave us a loaner. For free. This is old fashioned “we give a xxxx” service and we really appreciated his efforts and professional actions. We were Nissan loyalists up till now but feel so respected and welcomed by your entire staff that we now feel a part of the Hyundai family and are certain we will buy/lease more vehicles from you in the future.
