Hyundai experience When I began looking for a new SUV, I had a list of 5 that I wanted to look at and compare offerings. Hyundai was my 4th dealership to visit. Steve When I began looking for a new SUV, I had a list of 5 that I wanted to look at and compare offerings. Hyundai was my 4th dealership to visit. Steve listened to what I wanted and came up with the best solution for me. I did not want to deal with getting rid of my current car, and it was worked out to take it in on trade. The others wouldn't even address that issue and gave me suggestions on how to sell it on my own, including the Chrysler dealer where I had bought my last two vehicles. It may not have sounded important to other dealers, but to me it was to me. Steve got it. After I committed to my new Santa Fe, I got a call back from my former car dealer and at that point they stepped up take my car in trade. As I told them, loyalty runs both ways. I was sticking with Hyundai and I look forward to building on that loyalty. More
