Droped of my truck for service no problem Was offered a shuttle service to get home But said it was too far so I got dropped off at my work , no problem. When I was time to get the truck back they offer shuttle service to get home But said it was too far so I got dropped off at my work , no problem. When I was time to get the truck back they offered to deliver it….right to my house… the same one that was to far to drop me off at . Brought it to house no problem. I can’t figure out why I couldn’t not get a ride to the same location Other than that everything was fine More

I had an appointment with the Dealership to wait for my Truck to be checked out for 2 Items on the Recall List and when I Got there they told I would have to leave it there and that they would have it Deli Truck to be checked out for 2 Items on the Recall List and when I Got there they told I would have to leave it there and that they would have it Delivered to me. I did get a ride home, but when I called about it later they said they didn’t even get to it. They Didn’t even do it till the Next day. Then they didn’t Deliver it to me as Promised, instead I had to wait to be picked up. When I Got there they said they didn’t have the lug wrench and would have to order it. They checked out the other problem which was with the Ebrake and it was Not the Recall list. What a waste of my time. I thought they would have at least washed my Truck. I guess they don’t do that there as part of customer service? Very Disappointing!!! I Should have just gone to Gary Yeomans Dealership. More
