The salesman Mr. Chris Smith was great....very patient and friendly. I will recommend him highly to my friends. When we went to the dealer, we were concern what Ford car model to buy and what price we and friendly. I will recommend him highly to my friends. When we went to the dealer, we were concern what Ford car model to buy and what price we car afford. After a couple of hours looking and negotiating we picked up Ford Edge 2010. Being retired, our income fixed and everything going up, but we needed a car, so we bought it. I hope me and my wife made the right decision. More

I went to look at a 2010 used Explorer Eddie Bauer edition. My son in law had been communicating with Kenny via phone and email. I had seen the car on the web. I ws an owner of a 2002 Explorer so knew what I wanted. I showed up with my son in law and three young grandkids and the sales people were very friendly and patient with the grandkids. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. Sean helped me set up the Sync system and I was told to call him at any time with any questions. In fact, I did call today to see about the keyless entry code. There was not one in the glove compartment and he was searching all afternoon to try to find it in the system by the VIN number but I don't think he had any luck so I may have to drive back down there to have them pull the information from the computer. The Customer Service was good but when I arrived the vehicle I had called about was not on site so I had to wait about half an hour. The dealership got me a better interest rate than my bank did. The price on the 2006 was comparable to an 2003 model of the same vehicle at a closer dealership. More

I found my salesman, Jeff Moore very knowledgable, helpful and he made me feel like he was sincerely interested in me. This is the 2nd car I have purchased at palm coast ford. I did my homework & scouted other dealerships prior to buying my Flex.I was immediatley greeted by the salesman Jeff. It was POURING when we went to go check out the van we wanted to look at and possibly buy. Sean had it already pulled up for us and ready to go so there was no waiting around or getting soaked while we se wanted to look at and possibly buy. Went on a test drive, knew I wanted it, and had all the papers signed, paid, signed sealed delivered all in about an hour and a half I'd estimate (It would have been quicker than that, but his computer was not cooperative =) ). They even filled the tank for us which was a huge plus. All of the guys we dealt with were great! I believe a man named Paul did the business part of it all (the regular guy was out for some reason) and he was great, too. There was another man that I did not catch the name of that took care of some things, too. The entire atmosphere was so different from any other car dealership we've ever been to.
