This is the 5th car and truck I purchased from Chris and Palm Coast Ford and they are always, always professional. I am a very hard sell but when you do business with them you are teated like family. Chris Palm Coast Ford and they are always, always professional. I am a very hard sell but when you do business with them you are teated like family. Chris Smith is the salesman I deal with for all my cars and he is the most professional and ethical sales person I have delt with in my 65 years. I would like to say that Paul(sales mgr) and Don(Gen. Mgr) are the best. This dealership had a very bad rep from the former owners but they have turned that around and are very respected in the community. I can't say enought about this dealership or Chris and hope for great things in the future for them. I will always be a Ford customer and this is my dealership. We are a Military family that recently moved to the Palm Coast area, and I can honestly say that Palm Coast Ford really support an appreciate the Military families. We went to the dealer on Sunday just to browse around to do a Trade In of my SUV, and for the Sales Event that was going on there. We were given the most wonderful customer service experience, Pete had so much patience to show me different cars that fit my needs, we found an awesome car, a Nissan Altima with brand new leather interior (I love it), thank you Paul for recommend this car to us. The customer service experience was outstanding, it was fast, they worked with us to give us a great payment plan, excellent warranty and services for my car. Always have a great experience with Mike Diedel when we stop in, even for service!! He always goes above and beyond and he is never pushy. Our experience was way better than I expected. The man that helped us was Sean. He was the complete opposite of a salesman. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable at anytime. In fact, I had to stop back in to ask a few questions about how the car worked (because it has more bells and whistles than I am used to) after we bought the car and he continued to be extremely helpful...way above and beyond. He was even kind and patient with our daughters, one who had hundreds of questions, and the other cried in she realized that we were leaving my car. More

Chris is the most honost salesman I've ever worked with !!!!!! He worked very hard to seal the deal !!!!! We went in to inquire about price and trade-in values before deciding to trade-in our 2010 Mazda. It was getting difficult to get into the Mazda as it is so high. We were very favorably impressed with before deciding to trade-in our 2010 Mazda. It was getting difficult to get into the Mazda as it is so high. We were very favorably impressed with the salesman we were given and made a committment to purchase a Taurus Limited. We were offered an extended warantee and were pleased to not have to deal with insistant, obnoxious salesman when we declined. All was explained but the ultimate decision was ours and this we liked instead of having to explain over and over again just what NO means. Overall, I would rate this the most pleasant experience of purchasing a new car that we have ever had. A "5" rating for our salesman should have been a "10" or better. Way to go Palm Coast Ford, we are looking forward to a long pleasant association. More
