Well, here we go again! We have just bought our 4th vehicle from Palm Coast Ford. There just isn't a better dealership. Chris Smith is his genuinely friendly, attentive, knowledgeable self. Scott handled the financial end smoothly and the sale was completed in record time. From Don's warm greeting and Sean's additional help you really do feel like a valued customer. Terry also called the next day to be sure we were satisfied...we are :) One funny incident : after driving the Taurus around for a few days, the gas gauge still hadn't moved. My husband thought maybe it was stuck so he called the service department. They assured him everything was fine. He just couldn't get over how good the gas mileage is for a luxury car! In our economic troubling times, most of us find ourselves between discretionary and indiscriminate spending. I have to say that Sean put together a fantastic package. I sometimes believe that most organizations would prefer to make a dollar every hour instead of a nickle every minute. Palm Coast Ford, as I can see it, operates in the later. Their vehicle, after sale support personnel and it's system is astonishing to say the lest. They are in it with you for the long haul. No indication that the sale is done, just change the oil, like I have experienced before with other dealerships. I drove a 1994 ford mustang convertible and wanted a new mustang convertible, but needed a new car. I never thought I would be able to afford to drive my dream car. Thats when we found Sean. My husband and I got at the dealership at around 5:10pm, after I had already spent most of the day talking back and forth with Sean, we met with Sean looked at the car of my dreams, looked at numbers, walked around the lot, for 3 1/2 hours this went on. My husband and I just wanted to make the right choice, because I was so torn between what I wanted and what we could afford. Sean worked with the sales manager and together they both made the car of my dreams affordable. We signed the papers at 8:30pm and I was out in the front yard of my house surrounded by all my neighbors and family laughing and talking about the awesome experience I had with Palm Coast Ford and how totally awesome it was to be driving in such an amazing car. Thank you for treating us like we walked in with tons of money and top of the line credit. Never once was I made to feel like less of a person because of our bank account or credit score.
