Servicing old car vs. buying new Sales Associate Daryan Sullivan was right were he needed to be this past Saturday( 6-16-18) morning as I waited in the service department for my 2015 Sales Associate Daryan Sullivan was right were he needed to be this past Saturday( 6-16-18) morning as I waited in the service department for my 2015 Fusion Titanium to have the oil changed. I was told I needed a few other minor repairs and replacements. I looked up to see Mr. Sullivan standing there and very matter of fact, he asked me if I I would like to see if I could do better. I took the time and found a MUCH better situation with a 2018 Ford Escape! I was not planning on a new car but I'm sure happy I did. More

Recall Notice handled with knowledge and and smile. We received a recall notice for the air bag in our 2012 Ford Fusion saying that the part wasn't in but Ford Motor Co would be happy to rent a car for We received a recall notice for the air bag in our 2012 Ford Fusion saying that the part wasn't in but Ford Motor Co would be happy to rent a car for us for up to 60 days. I thought that was a come-on. David was right there to answer our questions, and handled every detail for us. He went above and beyond the call of duty. The 2017 Ford Escape we drove was really a joy to drive....so much so, we traded in the Fusion and bought a 2015 Ford Escape. Thank you to the sales department as well as the Service Center.
