1st service experience On June 21st I have my 1st service experience. It was actually to get my brand new 2018 Fiesta tinted as promised as part of my buyer agreement. This particular appointment I was offered a lender car so I could go to work. I pulled up and Christen greeted me...since I was taking a lender, she needed to photo copy my DL and my insurance card, so she asked me to wait inside while she brings my lender around. Good thing I went inside. I forgot to pack a soda with my lunch so I got one from the vending machine they have in the waiting room. Waiting room had pleasant customers in it, watching Married with Children and eating free donuts and drinking free coffee. I have no complaints. And the tint on the car is perfect, no issues. My next appointment will be my 1st free oil change. And I'm still skeptical LOL.....I mean free oil changes. That saves me like $30 each time. I will make sure to tell you about that experience when I get to that point. And I'm hoping to schedule my appointment for a Saturday so I can get free BBQ!!! You guys & gals rock! More

Great quality service I walked in and asked the person who checked me in initially to check out certain aspects of my vehicle while I got an oil change. I had a feeling something was wrong with my coolant system and wanted them to check it out. They Inspected the vehicle brought me back to show me the problem. It wasn’t what I wanted to hear, but it was ideally honest and candid. They then suggested a repair shop they had interacted with before who they felt would treat me fairly. I was very impressed with the overall level of service. More
