I spoke with Sasha who after checking with the parts department said they had plenty of parts needed for the work and scheduled an appointment. I dropped my vehicle off at the scheduled time and within an hour, the job was completed. More

Had an emergency (overheating) and they fixed me up! My car overheated at lunch time on a Friday. I let it cool down, and drove into the dealership (about 2 miles from work) at around 3pm. They were very helpful, and drove me to a Hertz agency so I could get a rental for the weekend. I live about an hour away and had no other ride available. If you bought your car from the dealer, the rental process is much simpler - in fact I think they pay for it, not sure. Anyway, car was fixed and ready to go by noon on Monday. They even picked me up at Hertz and brought me back to the dealership. More
