It was a busy morning, but the staff were polite and I was even offered a ride if I did not want to wait on it. I decided to wait, and the service man updated after the free tire inspection. the salesman was so helpful, made the experience wonderful initially was not sure what I should do. my 2013 transit van was extremely in poor shape and definitely in danger of causing me and other people injur initially was not sure what I should do. my 2013 transit van was extremely in poor shape and definitely in danger of causing me and other people injury due to extreme rust related to me living on a1a in contact with the ocean breezes. I knew this day was coming soon. I really wanted another transit van due to my job as a hospice nurse on the road, plus need to transport me and my pets in case I have to evacuate because of a hurricane. I brought the 2013 van in for an oil change and at that time spoke with salesman chris, who answered all my questions and was very professional in helping me obtain a new transit van and work out the financial requirements. plus work on activating my current insurance, plus financing, plus my license plate registration. everything was complete and handled in a timely manner. I am extremely grateful for all of his and the dealership's help in allowing me to purchase my van. the new transit van is far more advanced than the 2013 model, it is awesome. I love it. thankyou so much for your help!!! More

Not very friendly The technician was done with the keys instead of handing them to me he went and put them on the service desk. Enjoyable My husband and I decided to visit Palm coast Ford due to literature mailed to us. We knew it was a hook to get us to the dealership, but we were curi My husband and I decided to visit Palm coast Ford due to literature mailed to us. We knew it was a hook to get us to the dealership, but we were curious. My husband was interested in seeing if he could trade his 2016, Ford Focus for a newer one. We were greeted, at the door, checked in with our certificate (the mailing), and quickly assigned a salesperson. So far all was pleasant. We were introduced to Pete Defalco (sales consultant). He was a most gracious and kind salesman. We quickly developed a good rapport and it turned in to a fun afternoon!. Pete bent over backwards to find Ted a car he would be happy with and also come up with a reasonable price. Sean Peveler, was also a fantastic person with an incredible personality! He also went the mile to come up with a price that was suitable to my husband. In the meantime, I had noticed this beautiful Lincoln Continental on the lot. It was a 2017, with only 4,000 miles. It was a fantastic car! So here we were throwing a wrench into the deal. Sean took it with a smile and said he would love to make it a two car deal! From there we were back into the negotiating stage again! The five star rating is definitely because of Pete and Sean. There was never any hard sell tatics, we were treated with respect, we were made to feel important, and we had a good time in the process! Now, that has to be a first when spending money on two cars. LOL! More
