Too Long It should not take over 2 hours to get your oil changed and that is with an appointment, could you imagine the wait without an appointment. I know at another dealership with my old car Bozard Ford quick lane you were in and out within 45 minutes to an hour. Maybe Palm Coast needs more technicians or another service center More

Questionable Service Misdiagnosed a problem. wanted me to leave my car for 4 days for a repair that took 2 hours at another dealer. Bad experience after bad experience! Way to big of hurry to check you in. Brought truck in for oil change and tire rotation, left with squeaking brakes.
