Good Work I neglected servicing my vehicle for quite a while and consequently needed quite a bit of work done. I brought my vehicle in early on Thursday and rec I neglected servicing my vehicle for quite a while and consequently needed quite a bit of work done. I brought my vehicle in early on Thursday and received a call around noon describing the work that needed to be done as well as the estimate. They needed to order some parts which would be delivered the following morning and anticipated to complete the work in the afternoon. Friday afternoon I received a call stating the parts were not delivered until that afternoon and the work would not be completed on Friday. However, the technician would specially come in on Saturday to complete the work. I received a call early Saturday afternoon stating that the work was completed and my vehicle was ready for pick-up. All the work done seems to be done very professionally. However, a few minor issues lead to my 4 star rating vs. 5 star. One being the delay on completing the work. Another being the check engine light (one of the reasons for the service) was still illuminated after the work was done and needed to be reset. Thirdly, there were bits and pieces of wire and a plastic parts bag left in the vehicle after repair of the half-door and the vehicle was not cleaned. With the foregoing minor exceptions, I am pleased with the work performed on my vehicle. More
