Do NOT buy from palm coast ford, they will do whatever it takes to put you in a vehicle you can't possibly afford. My kids are under water in both vehicles purchased there, I'm talking so deep they can't possibly reach the surface....ever. Example, 2017 Focus, owed on loan, $24,000 after almost 2 years of payments, book value is $7000. Over 3 times under water. Salesman Chris Smith did this along with manager Sean and owner Paul. When we asked Chris to help them out of the situation HE put them in, he ignored us. Both vehicles will be turned in to the bank as there is no way to get out otherwise. So, credit is now screwed for 7 years. Now, I personally dealt with Chris Smith myself, very nice guy but beware when Sean or Paul get involved, one will rake you over the coals while the other is stoking the fire. As many reviews as I've now read about this dealer doing the same thing to many others, I don'tunderstand why they're still in business. Bottom line, great service manager, sales dept should be in jail. I didn't recommend service because I don't do recommendations as your experience at service dept may not be as good as mine. DO NOT BUY FROM PALM COAST FORD. More
