I’ve been getting my 2018 Explorer Platinum all-wheel-drive serviced there sin This will be the last time that I use Palm Coast Ford service center. I’ve been getting my 2018 Explorer Platinum all-wheel-drive serviced there since we bought it new from them just over a year ago. They have yet to get my vehicle serviced in less than two hours for routine maintenance. Not to mention when it needed significant service after being towed there because of a major sensor failure, they had it for over 21 days. I’ve always believed that you take a vehicle back to where you bought it to get it serviced that is no longer the case for me. More
