Dead battery change Car was towed in late Sunday afternoon with a dead battery. Service department called at 7am to review the issue. I was not able to pick up until after work and there was some confusion as to where my car and the paperwork was and I was sent to multiple locations to find it, but in the end the service manager was wonderful, took charge and brought me my car.
