Our salesman, Chris Dunn was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. Process for buying was long and slow, it would have been nice to have had each step explained and allowed us to leave vehicle we were interested in. We were told that the dealership was going to pay for some "extras" we were interested in, but it turned out that we had to pay for them from our points. We were too deep into the process to back out at that point, but felt cheated.
