Service Review I went in for an oil change and 4 hours later I ended up finding out all types of issues were wrong with my car. I needed new brakes, rotors, and wip I went in for an oil change and 4 hours later I ended up finding out all types of issues were wrong with my car. I needed new brakes, rotors, and wiper blades. My service advisor was great in giving me a discount because of all the unexpected things that needed to be done but I was very disappointed that no one was checking in with me regarding the status of the vehicle or how long I could expect to wait. After everything was finished, the cashier left for the day and it took more time for the staff to figure out how to work the Ford credit card machine. They worked together and were very nice but the wait was very disappointing. More
