Never going back! Sales people are like good friends and seemed knowledgeable while trying to sell a car. Once it's purchased they don't seem to know anything. Had a scratch on fender when I bought it, they did repair it, but when I got it back there was dirt in the paint. I took it back a month later to have the glass coating done and pointed out the dirt and requested it be sanded and buffed before the coating as to not have it locked in underneath. I drop the car off on a Thursday, get a call from Chris on Friday stating they need to keep the car until Monday to make it right, blamed it on the rain. Well, I didn't get the car back until Wednesday and to me total shock the car looked WORSE than it did when I bought it. Smear marks on every panel, looked like a kid did the job.I could not believe they would even try to pawn off such a shoddy job to a customer! I pointed it all out to Chris and Craig. All said and done they were supposed to refund me the cost of the coating, not sure if that's even happened yet but you can bet I will stay on top of it! I will never let them touch this car again, which is too bad because now another dealer will have to service the car. But I trust my local dealer. Maybe I got the horrible service due to the fact that I live two hours from Palm Coast? I regret my purchase and now have to have a complete paint correction done and a real sealant applied. Worst experience ever! More

Simple battery replacement. 5 Aug 2020. I called the service department and was told that they would replace my Honda vehicle battery for $ 110.00 and I made an appointment for 4 5 Aug 2020. I called the service department and was told that they would replace my Honda vehicle battery for $ 110.00 and I made an appointment for 4 PM the same day. After arriving I was told that the battery would cost $149.00 but that it would be a Ford quality battery s I agreed the replacement. After waiting 45 minutes, I ask about the repair and was told they were putting the battery in now. After waiting another 20 minutes I asked about the replacement which should have taken 30 minutes at most, I was told they were waiting for the battery to arrive from Advantage Auto Parts Store and that he battery would now cost $174.00. I told the service Rep. Chase, that I was not going to pay that much for an Auto parts store part. He said He would again talk to the Service Manager, he returned to tell me that he could give me a 10 percent discount and I agreed to get my car back from the shop because they would probably not put the original battery back in the car and let me drive away which is what I wanted to do. The entire process took 1 Hr and 40 minutes and I felt like I had been deceived and taken advantage of; Pun intended. The top connectors (cable holders, top of battery bracket) were not put back into place so I corrected this after arriving home. Rep. Chase was very friendly and helpful and attempted to assist me as a customer but was not helped at all by the Service Manager. More
