Again my car took eight days to diagnose I picked it up after it was fixed the check engine light comes on less then five minutes later. My sales agent, Garrett Loughry, was a nice young man and very helpful. The only problem I had was that he and his manager gave me a cost for the car and I made an earnest payment but when I showed up the n very helpful. The only problem I had was that he and his manager gave me a cost for the car and I made an earnest payment but when I showed up the next day to pick up the car and pay for it, there was a charge of close to $1000.00 for a dealer charge that was never explained to me at the previous appointment. They were fair with me about the 2009 Escape Hybrid that I brought in and they couldn't repair, not charging me for the battery they put in and the diagnostic work they did. I traded it and got a $500.00 trade which was probably also fair. All in all a nice place with nice people. More

Recently had a problem with the wheel finish on my Ford Explorer. Discoloration and pitting. Thought I had to purchase a new set of wheels, but Craig Smith at Palm Coast Ford went out of his way to find Explorer. Discoloration and pitting.
