I’ve had my 2020 EcoSport barely 3 months. A wheel bearing was faulty. Brought it in midday on a Thursday. Took 8 days to repair. I understand having to wait for parts. I had to keep calling for updat bearing was faulty. Brought it in midday on a Thursday. Took 8 days to repair. I understand having to wait for parts. I had to keep calling for updates-the technician said that several calls and messages were left-there were none on my phone. The bearing part came in, but got a cock and bull story about Ford requiring all bolts/parts to be replaced as well...if so, then why weren’t all the parts ordered at the same time??? I called again the following Friday-the 8th day for an update, and was told “Let me get back to you in 20 min”. Never got a call, but at 5:00PM got an email that my car was done. An email...I’m sorry, but that is not good service. I’m thinking because it was under warranty it got pushed to a back burner, but I’ve no proof of that. I’ve never been impressed with the customer service in this Service Dept of this dealership. More

PC Ford has a solid on line reservation system that is very convenient. Upon arrival at the dealership, a service manager quickly got the Lincoln lined up for an oil change and wash. I only have 13000 miles on my car think you should swap me a comparable car with same milage and cost in the transmission that will keep breaking.
