Very poor communication. Service took an extra day to finish work with no effort to inform me about the delay until the last minute. The service advisor was very confused at pick up, kept looking at some finish work with no effort to inform me about the delay until the last minute. Had to make multiple calls to check on the status of the vehicle without getting any results until I started to ask for the service manager. Very disappointing experience this time around. More
