Nothing special. I needed a new replacement tire (screw in sidewall) I specified that I wasn't interested in buying 4 tires, only a replacement. It took approximately 1 Hr. & 15 minutes. Shop supplies were, rubber gloves, face mask, rags, hand cleaner and on and on and on???? Your guess is as good as mine. Nothing was listed in this category. Typical Dealer add-ons!!!! More

you have a defective part on your vehicles, lug nuts that swell up? I think you should not charge the customer for your defective part? These lugs are only taken off when the tires need rotation and I h that swell up? I think you should not charge the customer for your defective part? Christen the service advisor was great. I made my appt. the week before. The tires were there and ready to be put in my vehicle. However, I could not get the alignment done as the machine was down and the the week before. The tires were there and ready to be put in my vehicle. However, I could not get the alignment done as the machine was down and the wait time for the tire installation seemed extreme. Noon till 5:00 pm. Also I found several greasy black fingerprints on the glove box . I am sure they had to go in there to retrieve the special bolt to get the tires off and on the vehicle. More
