Palm Coast Ford has been our dealership for 13 years. They are very good at standing by their vehicles. Recently the battery on our Ford Explorer was dying/died. After getting a jump start via Ford Roadside Assistance, we took the vehicle to Palm Coast Ford, even though the Service Department had closed, the Sales staff that were in the building got us through the process of Overnight Check-In. They gave me a ride home, which was appreciated. By 0930 the following morning, the Service Department called to tell us that the battery had been replaced - under warranty - and the vehicle was ready for pick-up. More
