My scheduled service was supposed to include tires but your Tech only did the oil & lube. Melissa intervened and resolved the problem but why don't you read what the customer requested. This has happed before to me so I'm assuming I'm not the only one. To top it off, when the Tech was forced to go back to preform the requested maintenance, it caused my front end to shake. I have taken it elsewhere to have the rotate & balance preformed correctly. I doubt if I return to your Service Center. These problems are repetitious, irritating and frustrating. The last time I was in for my tires, we discovered your techs had lost my wheel key from the previous visit. Once again I had to go elsewhere plus purchase a new wheel key. I have lived in PC over 30 years and it appears that your dreadful service dept. has returned to it's poor reputation. Fool me once, same on you, fool me twice, shame on me. And what is more amusing to me is that I need a new Ford. Bozard will be getting my business but I'm a PC resident. So sad. The only bright spots were the pick-up/delivery and Melissa intervening but the service still wasn't preformed correctly. More

Andy Mendez was exceptional in doing all he could to remove a sheared lug not off the passenger front tire. Though he was unable to remove he was extremely courteous and I appreciate his efforts!!
