Went to pick up the car at night time, service advisor was wonderful but busy. Got my car home and to work the next morning no issues. HOWEVER, I went on lunch break the day after picking up and my car wo was wonderful but busy. Got my car home and to work the next morning no issues. HOWEVER, I went on lunch break the day after picking up and my car would not respond to the remote! I hitched a ride to a parts store for new FOB batteries and that didn’t work. So I go to open my key fob for the physical key inside and turns out and the dealer I bought it from gave me a fob and the key inside separate. so I was stranded unable to unlock my car and check the battery. Once my Gf drove an hr to our house to grab the key then drive to me then an hour back to work. I was able to get into the car and pop the hood. Turns out who ever worked on my car left the neg battery cable loose and unhooked. Ohh AND THEN whist my gf is there she points out a huge dent in my trunk lid that was not there before I dropped it off at the dealer for a simple power steering diagnostic. I cannot and will not ever recommend this dealer to a single soul. As someone who works locally with this dealership in the maintenance industry…you shot your self in the foot with this one. Hopefully management sees this and reaches out to fix/rectify the issues. More

Easy sale process and helpful sales. We were given the best offer for a trade anywhere and was presented the best sale on a new truck anywhere. After spending a few weeks searching for dealerships that ha best offer for a trade anywhere and was presented the best sale on a new truck anywhere.
