The only good thing about this dealer is the attention from Melissa Cooper. She goes the extra mile making sure the customer has a good experience. Unfortunately this is NOT the case for most of the other from Melissa Cooper. She goes the extra mile making sure the customer has a good experience. I had parts falling off3 months after and my AC is worse than before taking my car there. If it wasn’t for the free oil change and Melissa’s great customer service I would NOT go there AT ALL, and I have heard similar things from other people. This is a small town and we all make sure others know about a good OR NOT so good place. It is a shame that some careless employees are giving a bad reputation to a place that used to be our favorite. I’m glad that you ask and can only hope that you care enough to do something about it since we have choices now and we can support other businesses that do a better job and most of the time for less money. My advice: keep Melissa happy and do something about most of the other employees specially the ones in the shop in charge of the repairs. Thank you and good luck recovering your good name. More
