What a pleasant and refreshing experience for trading in a vehicle and buying a new one from Palm Coast Ford. Reggie my salesperson, which by the way I bought my 4th vehicle from, was extremely knowledgeabl a vehicle and buying a new one from Palm Coast Ford. I can not say this about 3 other dealerships I have been before. We looked at many cars till we found the perfect one for me, and even AFTER the sale, Reggie sat with me for hours and explained all futures in my new vehicle and made sure I am fully satisfied and comfortable. I woudl give him 6 stars if it would be possible. The Sales manager Sean Peveler also was very supporting and guided me through this process without problems. I want to make sure I mention Dan Blair, the Financing Manager. The financing process is usually the most painful one when buying a car, but Dan made this process fast, with great advise, and I have to say even fun. My last shout out is to Ralf (who unfortunately is not in below list for star rating) in the service area. What a friendly and happy person. He detailed the car I bought that it looked like new. Unfortunately they don’t know what they are doing . I took my Lincoln from them and drove it to Bozard Ford and unless tha ( minutes they told me exactly what was wrong .
